The event reception venue was at the Trader Joe's entrance this year with a festive decor and Refreshments & Holiday Cookies provided by Trader Joe's, Jack's Bistro & Bagels providing Festive Punch & Jack's Famous Bagels and Persimmon Cookies by Catherine Lopez Moralez.  The Franklin Rocker's performed outstandingly, their 2nd year. Thank you Casie Kilgore-Principal. Dave Gonzales, "The Singing Cop" performed fabulously Thank you Dave. Juan Morales and Chato Myers, guitarists-singers also performed just beautifully. Thank you to all for a Delightful Successful 2nd Annual event.

 1st Annual 2010 Milpas Christmas Tree Lighting - Ribbon Cutting, Catherine Moralez, Rose Aldana Co-Founder/ Organzier, Mayor Helene Schneider, Councilwoman-Michael Self, Be a Molina Co-Founder/Organizer, Amie Kang, Mgr-Jack's Bistro & Bagels, Mr. and Mrs. Gutierrez, John Dixon-Owner Tri-County Produce, generously sponsored the Christmas Tree from Lilly's Flowers. Mr. Alfonso Garcia, Doug Burdette, Mgr. Trader Joe's-Milpas, Councilman- Grant House, not shown: Phil, Mgr. Scolari's, Councilman Frank Hotchkiss, Josh- R Poltl & Associates  The event reception was hosted by Amie Kang, Mgr. of Jack's Bistro & Bagels. It was a beautifully decorated and serving Holiday refreshments, bagels, and desserts.  The Franklin Rocker's making first appearance and they were a hit as they performed many Christmas songs.  We had a wonderful turnout and Thank you to our Sponsors, Mayor Schneider, Elected Officials, volunteers and attendees for the successful event.
